Information collected
When you order, we collect the name and email you use at checkout so we can deliver your materials and help you if something goes wrong. Your payment details are handled by the payment processor; we never see or store your full card number. We also gather basic analytics, like which pages are visited, so we can keep improving the site. Support messages you send us are kept so we can follow up well.
How it is used
Information is used to deliver digital products, send access emails, respond to support requests, process refunds, improve lessons, and measure advertising performance.
Third-party processors
A few trusted services help us run things: a payment processor that handles your card securely, an email delivery provider that sends your access and lesson emails, and web hosting and analytics services that keep the site running and tell us how pages are performing. Each handles only the information it needs to do its job.
Data retention
We keep your order information for as long as you have access to your materials, plus whatever record keeping the law requires for purchases. Support messages are kept long enough to resolve your question and learn from it. We don't hold on to data we no longer need.
Deletion and data requests
Want a copy of the data we hold about you, or want it deleted? Just ask through the support form using the email you ordered with, and a real person will take care of it.

If you live in the EU, the UK, or California, you may have additional rights over your personal data, including access, correction, deletion, and portability. You can exercise any applicable right through the support form and we will respond as the law requires.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
